Ingredients

1 – 16 oz. container of sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 /2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3-4 TBS Fair’s Best Better Sauce (only at Northern Lights Pizza locations)
Extra Ingredients: Add pepper, cumin, Italian seasoning, chopped garlic, or smoked paprika.

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Chill for 1 hour. For the best flavors, chill overnight.

Serve with chips, veggies, spread on sandwiches, baked potatoes, eggs, or tacos.

Ingredients

3-4 large chicken breasts (or 3-4 c. of rotisserie chicken)
2 (5 oz.) bottles of Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce – your new favorite hot sauce!!
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp)
1 (16 oz.) bottle of Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing
1/4 Tsp. minced garlic
2/3 c. celery (chopped)
1 c. shredded smoked Gruyere cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Add some extra flair with smoked paprika, more Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce, chopped green onions, or any other spices you love.

Preparation

  1. Cook chicken thoroughly, shred, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (if you are baking instead of a crock pot).
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, celery, garlic, and Gruyere cheese.
  4. Over medium heat, mix cream cheese, dressing, 1 c. of cheddar, and Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce and cook until melted.
  5. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a 13″ x 9″ pan, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 40 min. OR transfer to a large crockpot, add cheddar, set on HIGH for 1 hour (stir occasionally), then set on WARM.

Serve with Nachos, Veggies, Crackers, Toasted Bread, or your Favorite Dippers.

Amazing Popcorn

Ingredients

1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
3 TBS to 1/2 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce

Preparation

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and 3 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce into a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Cover; set heat to medium high. Leave pan lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Shake pan gently once or twice during popping.
  3. When popping slows to about 2 to 3 seconds apart, remove pan from heat.
  4. Pour into a large bowl. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup Parmesan
1 cup mozzarella provolone cheese
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed OR fresh spinach, blanched
1 (14 ounce) can/jar artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese
1 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Ingredients

6 hamburger buns (leftover buns work great)
2 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature
3/4 to 1 cup pesto sauce
1.5 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tomato, chopped
1.5 cups mozzarella, shredded

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Lightly brush Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on each bread slice.
  3. Brush on layer of pesto sauce on each slice.
  4. Layer baby spinach on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes & mozzarella cheese on each.
  6. Place them on a baking sheet and into the oven.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted & heated through for about 8-10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.

Parmesan Tomato Bites

Ingredients

2 tomatoes, sliced
1.5 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 TSP oregano, dried
1 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into approx. 1/3-inch slices.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle some NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, then sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese & fresh oregano.
  5. Bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Garlic Butter Cream Sauce (Seafood, Pork, Chicken)

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce (room temperature)

Preparation

  1. Cook heavy cream and NorthernLights Garlic Butter Sauce over low heat until boiling.
  2. Pour over cooked pasta, shrimp, steak, pork, vegetables, chicken, and more. 
  3. Serve immediately.

One Pot Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients

2 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
3 cups low sodium chicken broth plus a little extra
1/2 pound of spaghetti
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1.5 TBS dried parsley

Preparation

  1. In a medium pan bring to a boil garlic butter and chicken broth.
  2. Add the pasta and cook according to box directions.
  3. Add a little more chicken broth if the noodles start to stick to the bottom and burn.
  4. Add the cheese, cream and parsley when the pasta is cooked to your desired tenderness and mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve immediately.

Great with chicken, mushrooms or broccoli, or just as a side for any meal.

 

Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Prep Time: 15-20 min.
Cook Time: 4 hours
Serves 6-8

Ingredients – Chicken

4 Boneless chicken breasts (skinless – approx. 1 lb)

1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth

1/2 tsp Dan-O’s original seasoning

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp thyme

1/4 Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp. Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce

Ingredients – Sauce:

1 c heavy cream
3-4 c low-sodium chicken broth
4 Tbsp unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
8 oz. cream cheese (cut into pieces)
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 clove minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp (to taste) Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce
1 pound Rigatoni or Penne Pasta (uncooked)
4 oz. Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Add some extra flair with some cumin, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper, extra Italian seasoning, or your favorite seasonings.

Instructions:

  1. To your slow cooker add the chicken breasts, broth, Dan-O’s, thyme, Italian seasoning, & Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce.
  2. Cover and cook for 2 hours on HIGH or 3-4 hours on LOW.
  3. Remove chicken and cut or shred it. Return the chicken back into crock pot and add all the sauce ingredients (broth, butter, cream cheese, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, garlic, Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce, & Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes stirring occasionally until sauce is mixed well.
  4. Add pasta and continue cooking on HIGH for 1-2 hours or until pasta is tender. Add parmesan & parsley.

NOTE: Add more broth & cook time if you like extra creamy sauce. Freezes & reheats well.

Hearty Soups/Sandwiches

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1/2 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 celery ribs cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 bay leaf
1.5 cups chopped chicken, cooked
2 quarts of chicken stock
12 ounces frozen Reams noodles

Preparation

  1. Place a soup pot over medium heat and coat with a tablespoon of NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, celery and bay leaf.
  3. Cook and stir for about 6 minutes, until the vegetables are softened but not browned.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and the remainder of the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce and bring the liquid to a boil.
  5. Add the noodles and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
  6. Fold in the chicken and continue to simmer for another couple of minutes to heat through.
  7. Remove bay leave and throw away.

Serve with favorite garnish, rolls, bread, or crackers.

 

Amazing Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

2 slices of favorite bread
2 TSP Amazing Garlic Butter sauce, room temperature
1 slice of your favorite cheese (American or Velveeta slices)

Preparation

  1. Evenly brush the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on one side of bread.
  2. Place the cheese slice on the plain side of bread
  3. Place the remaining piece of bread on top of cheese. Press firmly to close the sandwich, then evenly brush the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on the outside of the sandwich.
  4. Heat a heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium heat, place the sandwich in the pan, and press down on the sandwich with a spatula. (Alternatively, you can cook the sandwich in a sandwich press.)
  5. Cook until the bread is crisp and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook until the second side is golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the sandwich is warmed through. About 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.

Your favorite vegetables

Preparation

  1. Steam, grill, or broil your favorite veggies.
  2. Brush / pour over: corn on the cob, steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, fresh grilled veggies, asparagus, and much more!
  3. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

1 loaf of Vienna or French loaf bread (split in half)
1/2 to 1 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brush liberally with Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on each loaf half.
  3. Wrap with aluminum foil around loaf halves and place in oven.
  4. Bake until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmigiano or Romano & chopped parsley.
  6. Serve immediately.

Garlic Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

Ingredients

16 ounces potatoes
6 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
bacon, cut into large chunks
shredded cheese of your choice
fresh chives, diced
salt & fresh black pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1 TBS finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Using a wooden spoon as a cradle, place each potato in the spoon and make several parallel slits into each potato top, making sure not to slice completely through.
  3. Brush NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce between slits at the crown of each potato.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and sprinkle generously with salt & pepper.
  5. When the potatoes begin to “fan out,” it’s time to make the magic happen. Carefully slip a hunk of bacon into each slit of the potato and continue to cook.
  6. Once the potatoes and bacon are fulling cooked (use a knife poke test), coat the potatoes with a heaping helping of shredded cheese.
  7. Bake until the tops are crispy and potatoes are cooked through, about 1 hour.
  8. Transfer to a platter and top with Herbed Sour Cream and chives.

Herbed Sour Cream

  1. Combine the chives, sour cream, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. 
  2. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Refrigerate until use.

Grilling Bests

Amazingly Juicy Hamburgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground hamburger
1.5 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature

 

Preparation

  1. Mix hamburger meat and the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce together in a bowl.
  2. Patty out 4 hamburgers.
  3. Throw on the grill or in a skillet and cook till slightly charred on the first side about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Flip over and cook the other side 3-5 minutes till slightly charred.
  5. Once burgers are finished, place each patty on a bun and build with all your favorite toppings, cheese, & condiments.
